About Bena Currin

Bena was the principal implementor for the Surveyor user interface. She worked full time on Surveyor from the start of the project in 1990 until the fall of 1991, when she ran away with the circus. Well, not quite the circus, but she went to get her PhD in computer graphics at Caltech, where she remains imprisoned to this day. Since going to Caltech Bena has continued working part time at JPL helping other implementors and finishing off the user interface.
